Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights and the process for requesting a refund for digital products purchased on this website.
1. Product Type
All products sold on this website are digital goods (PDF files) delivered electronically. Because the product is delivered immediately upon payment, special conditions apply as described below.
2. Refund Window
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.
Refund requests submitted after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase will not be accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email andrew@andrewbush.org with the following information:
— The email address used at checkout
— Your order number or payment confirmation (if available)
— The date of purchase
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds promptly.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution. We have no control over the timing once the refund is initiated on our end.
5. No Physical Return Required
Because the Product is a digital file, there is nothing to physically return. If your refund is approved, we simply ask that you delete all copies of the PDF from your devices. You will no longer be licensed to use the file after a refund is issued.
6. Eligibility Conditions
Refunds are available to customers who:
— Submit their request within the 7-day window described above.
— Have not previously received a refund for the same product.
— Are making a good-faith request (e.g., not engaging in repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse of this policy.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading the PDF, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and ensure you can access your purchase.
Technical issues will not automatically disqualify a refund request if we are unable to resolve the delivery problem.
8. EU / Spanish Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in Spain or elsewhere in the European Union, you may have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection regulations. Where those rights apply and provide greater protection than this policy, we will honor them.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right may not apply to digital content that has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. We offer our 7-day guarantee regardless.
