Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any product offered on this website. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.

1. Seller Information

2. Product Description

We sell a single digital product: 'The Pantry Almanac of Traditional Herbal Recipes' (the 'Product'), delivered as a downloadable PDF file. The Product is approximately 200 pages and contains plant-based recipes, herbal preparations, and traditional wellness knowledge compiled from publicly available traditions.

The Product is a digital good only. No physical item will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the PDF file.

3. Purchase and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number or CVV on our servers.

Your purchase is complete when payment is confirmed by Stripe. You will receive a download link or delivery confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

All sales are final upon delivery of the digital file, subject to the exceptions described in our Refund Policy.

4. Digital Delivery

Your PDF will be delivered electronically immediately or within a short time after your payment is confirmed. Delivery is made to the email address you provide at checkout.

If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at andrew@andrewbush.org with your order details and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, read, and use the PDF for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

You may print one copy of the PDF for your personal use. You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Product.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

— Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the PDF or any portion of it in any format, whether for free or for payment.

— Share the file publicly via file-sharing platforms, torrent sites, social networks, or any other medium.

— Use the Product for commercial purposes, including in paid courses, workshops, newsletters, or consulting services.

— Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary legends contained in the PDF.

Violation of these restrictions may result in legal action and termination of your license without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content contained in the Product, including text, recipes, illustrations, and formatting, is the intellectual property of Andrei Bushuev / The Natural Healing Pantry, unless otherwise noted. All rights are reserved.

These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Your license is strictly limited to personal use as described above.

The information provided in the Product is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andrei Bushuev and The Natural Healing Pantry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Product.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
